Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

The Zion Protocol respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services.

1. Our Copyright

All content comprising The Zion Protocol digital product — including but not limited to text, graphics, data, formatting, structure, and compilation — is protected by United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Purchasers receive a limited personal license for individual, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit sharing, reselling, redistributing, uploading to file-sharing platforms, or any other distribution of the product.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent containing the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works

We will review all properly submitted notices and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts and access rights of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright infringement seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies against those who reproduce or distribute our protected content without authorization.

6. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

7. Reporting Piracy

If you have encountered unauthorized copies of The Zion Protocol on file-sharing websites, torrent sites, or any other platform, please report it to us at [email protected]. Include the URL where the infringing content is located. We actively monitor for and pursue removal of unauthorized copies.
